Disability Rights Fund
An international grantmaking collaborative of donors and representatives of the disability rights community, the Disability Rights Fund provides financial and technical assistance to support organizations pursuing the implementation of the principles of the United Nation’s Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. Recognizing that women and girls with disabilities face even greater risk of violence and abuse than others in Haiti, DRF has supported and linked women-led organizations, including L’Union des Femmes à Mobilité Réduite, speaking out for full social and economic inclusion from the local to the national levels.
